YatraStart is a registered travel agency that provides tour packages, flight and hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and other travel-related services through our website and authorized agents.
All bookings are subject to availability, supplier terms, and final confirmation.
Bookings are confirmed only after partial or full payment as specified in the quotation or invoice.
It is your responsibility to verify all booking details (dates, destination, traveler information, etc.) before final confirmation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, errors, or service unavailability, YatraStart may modify or cancel the booking.
Payments can be made through secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
Unless stated otherwise, all rates are quoted in INR. Currency conversion fees, bank charges, or service fees shall be borne by the customer.
Cancellation requests must be sent to us in written format via email.
Charges will apply as per airline/hotel/transport supplier rules, along with YatraStart service fees.
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after applicable deductions.
No refund will be provided for no-shows, partially used, or unused services.
Date or itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur charges as per supplier policies.
We cannot guarantee that every change will be possible after confirmation.
It is the traveler's responsibility to maintain valid ID/passport/visa/health requirements during the journey.
YatraStart is not responsible for visa rejections, document errors, or authority delays.
YatraStart acts only as an intermediary. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, accidents, baggage loss, or other events caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
In case of disputes or issues, we will provide reasonable assistance, but we bear no liability for third-party actions.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss.
Prices, inclusions, and descriptions on the website may change without prior notice. We may rectify any typographical or pricing errors at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. For any disputes, the competent court's jurisdiction shall be Delhi, India.
